Cultural engineering is the ability to provide optimal solutions, in terms of quality, costs and deadlines, to the demands expressed by partners in cultural life to define objectives, implement programmes, mobilise funding and technically execute projects.

This specificity has been reflected in the diversity of the missions entrusted to the agency since 2015: consulting and strategic development, citizen consultations and feasibility studies, content writing and publishing of art and architecture books, communication strategy and press relations, organisation of calls for projects and architectural competitions, museography and exhibition curation, and development, production and administration of cultural and artistic projects - and teams - of various scopes.
